Miss Wang is a lawyer of BoaiXing Law Firm in the Shanghai office.
Miss Wang graduated from Law School of Shanghai University of Finance & Economics. First, she received bachelor degree in International Business Law, and then master degree in Constitution and Administrative Law. She is familiar with many kinds of laws, including international trade laws, contract laws, administrative law and international conflict law, etc. Miss Wang is good at international trade litigation and arbitration, and many other areas such as labour arbitration, real estate litigation and drafting all kinds of legal documents.
