Professional Experience:
Mr. Qu joined Shanghai BoaiXing Law Office after graduated from Shanghai University (International Trade Law) in 2002. He has been involved in structuring, negotiation, document preparation and rendering of legal opinion in many international trade disputes and foreign investment dispute. Mr. Qu also advises many foreign enterprises in their entry into China and launching new projects in line with the changing legal environment. Mr. Qu is legal consultant of several multi-national companies and listed companies by far.
Mr. Qu’s areas of specialty include corporate investment, corporate re-construction, merger and acquisition, foreign direct investment, as well as international trade litigation and arbitration. He is also good at drafting all kinds of legal documents.
