Michael Qu is a PRC lawyer, with extensive experience for near 10 years in FDI, real estate, private equity investment, as well as in corporate compliance management. Michael was practicing in law firm for 6 years, and then being in-house counsel of METRO Group China before he joined Co-effort Law Firm.

Michael has successfully represented investors in the real estate, media and technology, assets management, retail and leisure sectors in dealing with commercial transactions and disputes.

Michael obtained his LLM from China Renmin University and was admitted as a Chinese lawyer from 2004.

Michael is proficient in English and Chinese.
