For the overseas payment within the normal business scope, the enterprise shall handle in the capacity of contract and relevant warrants. The enterprise shall repay the principal and interest of the foreign exchange debts in the capacity of approval paper of the Administration of Foreign Exchange. The remit of profits and dividends of foreign invested enterprises outbound shall be handled with the distribution resolution of the board of directors, taxpaying certificate and tax declaration statement, accounting report about the profit or dividends of the current year presented by the accounting firm, foreign exchange registration certificate, capital verification report and other documents.
