The merger and acquisition of listed company refers to a legal act whereby the natural or legal person, for the purpose of obtaining or strengthen the control over one listed company, purchase a certain amount of securities with voting rights. The natural or legal person is acquirer or acquiring company, the listed company shall be referred to as the company to be acquired or target company.
